GET 24/7 HELP
Centro Seguro, a joint effort between RMYA and Bexar County Juvenile Probation, is a 24-hour drop in center for young people ages 11 – 17 who are in need of a safe place due to homelessness, runaway, unsafe living conditions, or falling victims to sex traffickers.
The Rape Crisis Center provides immediate, anonymous support to anyone needing a safe place to talk or get advice and referrals. Their telephone and online hotlines are answered in-house 24/7.
